LLMBlitz.io ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at llmblitz.io. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

  • Email address — when you sign in via email magic link or OAuth (Google, Microsoft). Used solely to authenticate you and send transactional emails.
  • Usage data — anonymous browser identifiers, pages visited, and actions taken (e.g. number of prompt runs). Used to operate and improve the service.
  • Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. We receive only a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe.
  • Prompt content — prompts and outputs you run through the tool are processed in memory to generate results and are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the request, except when you explicitly save a run to your history.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate you and maintain your session
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Enforce usage quotas and plan limits
  • Improve and debug the service
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication and database
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OpenAI — when you enter your own API key, your prompts are sent directly to OpenAI under your own account

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Anonymous usage data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use a session cookie solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
