Terms of Use

By accessing or using LLMBlitz.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

LLMBlitz.io provides tools for analyzing, testing, and comparing large language model prompts. The Service includes prompt analysis, comparison, token visualization, and related features.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You may use the Service without an account subject to usage limits.
  • To increase limits or access paid features, you must create an account and, where applicable, pay a subscription fee.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service in ways not permitted by applicable law
  • Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of any AI model provider whose API you access through the Service

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When you provide your own API keys (e.g. OpenAI), you remain solely responsible for usage and any costs incurred with those providers. We transmit your keys only to the model endpoint you designate and do not store them.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of any prompts or content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
